Ideal for multimedia, gaming, desktop audio, or for use with a mobile device, the Alesis Elevate Series combines technology borrowed from professional Alesis monitors along with advanced components to create a smooth, solid sound-without taking up valuable studio or setup space. The Elevate 5 provides thoughtful options for creating a custom listening environment.
The front panel provides a convenient and easy-to-reach volume control. This control knob also serves as a power switch, paired with a blue LED indicator. Speaking of power, the Elevate 5 is equipped with an internal power supply, so there is no bulky external adapter. Left and right RCA inputs are located on the rear panel. An 1/8″ stereo headphone output is provided on the front panel. The Elevate 3 provides 20 Watts of continuous power, or 10 Watts per speaker.
The iO4 is a compact audio-recording interface for home, project and portable studio recording setups. This four-channel USB device for Mac and PC-based systems enables users to record and monitor up to eight channels of audio (four in and four out) in 16-bit mode or four channels (two in, two out) in 24-bit mode. The iO4 is compact to comfortably fit into a mobile recording rig, laptop bag or backpack, yet contains high-quality components and circuitry suitable for the studio.
