Designed to be the highly cost effective companion subwoofer for YX Series cabinets, the powered YX18SP subwoofer’s integrated amplifier delivers 500 watts to the highly efficient 18-inch woofer. A compact front-loaded bass reflex design ensures exceptional performance in the vital 45 to 150Hz range. A solid plywood cabinet construction, all-metal handles and metal top speaker mount guarantee unmatched long-term reliability for highly demanding mobile PA applications and club installs.
Technology: Designed for ease of use in virtually any application, YX Series powered subwoofers use proven amplifier topologies, integrated crossovers and innovative input design that allow direct connection to line or speaker level sources.
Integrated pole mount adaptor allows full range loudspeakers like the to be raised above the crowd easily and effectively with a simple subwoofer stand or speaker pole.
Designed with working musicians in mind, the YX subwoofers use all metal bar handles, metal input plate, integrated speaker mounts and a custom punched, perforated metal grille to protect the speaker.
