The rugged pro quality Ramp-Runner Standard four wheel carts allow one person to easily transport or store multiple Guard Dog Cable Protectors and Linebacker Cable Protectors at one time. Ramp-Runner carts are constructed of rugged tubular steel with a durable powder-coat paint finish and are very easy to maneuver. Includes front wheel locks.
