Clear-Com Agent-IC Virtual Client 1 User Subscription Initiation 1 Year For LQ 4.0+
Clear-Com Agent-IC Virtual Client 1 User Subscription Initiation 1 Year For LQ 4.0+
Agent-IC virtual mobile client transforms Android and iOS tablets, smartphones, and smartwatches into intercom user stations. It connects to Eclipse HX IP-capable matrices, Gen-IC virtual intercom, or LQ Series IP interfaces, offering access to system resources such as partyline channels, call signals, and logic controls. It also supports one-to-one, one-to-many, ISO, and IFB communication on Eclipse matrix systems. Users can customize individual keyset listening levels for focused monitoring and efficient communication. Available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, Agent-IC allows mobile users to connect to any licensed Eclipse HX matrix, Gen-IC virtual intercom, or LQ Series IP interface with administrator-provided credentials. Its ergonomic interface mirrors the design of other user stations like Station-IC and V-Series Irisâ„¢ panels, featuring large Talk and Listen buttons with swipe-to-latch functionality, individual level control, and clear status indicators. The interface also displays latched keys and audio meters. Utilizing multiple mission-specific audio codecs and a proprietary control transport protocol, Agent-IC operates reliably over LAN, WAN, and Internet connections. Clear-Com’s efficient IP connectivity, requiring just one network port on the host end, simplifies network management and routing, while the Gen-IC virtual intercom ensures seamless internet accessibility. Agent-IC connects to the host Eclipse HX matrix via the E-IPA/IVC-32 card, Gen-IC virtual intercom, or any LQ series interface device with available capacity.
