The MS Series Studio Monitor Stands from Ultimate Support are innovative, strong and affordable. They feature a built-in, dual-well cable management system that keep audio and power cables apart from each other, yet completely hidden from the rest of the studio. They also deliver solid sound isolation and are built from anodized aluminum so they’re super strong and scratch resistant. They securely hold studio monitors up to 75 lbs each.
Internal Cable Management System
The MS-45 features a dual-well internal cable management system. There’s one channel for audio cables and another channel for power cables. Once you’ve placed your monitors, simply lay your cables in the two open-faced channels on the back of the MS-45 and snap on the cover. All the cables disappear from view, making your studio cleaner and more alive with creativity.
Monitor Isolation
If you want to hear what’s truly happening in your mix, you have to isolate your studio monitors from the rest of the studio environment. MS-45 studio monitor stands feature four rubber dots on the top of the stand to help isolate speaker vibration. But to help further decouple your studio monitors from the floor, they also feature metal spikes on the base corners go through carpet and padding to rest on subfloor. For hard surfaces, we’ve included use plastic feet that replace the metal spikes.
Sturdy and Stable
Not only do you want your studio monitor stands to be sturdy and stable ensure the safety of your monitors, you also want them to be stout to help ground the vibrations of the audio. The anodized aluminum column on the MS-46 is designed with open channels to be filled with either shot or sand. When combined with the cast-zinc base, this creates an extremely stable stand while dampening the sound.
