- A Stereo 4 Way Channel Divider Fully Adapted for Digital Use – Each channel is completely independent and all channels cover the full range of the audio band. Because each chann(?I is not subject to the band limitations as in conventional units, the 02040 offers more variations for use. 4 WAY x stereo (3 WAY + full range) x stereo, (2 WAY x 2) x stereo channel divider, 4 channel 2 line parallel BOX with all effectors , the combinations are many.
- High Performance A/D and D/A Conversion Assures High Integrity Audio Signal – A/0 conversion is performed on a 19 bit basis, and 0/A conversion is performed on a 20 bit basis. Frequency characteristics are maintained between 20 Hz and 20 kHz with an S/N ratio of 11OdB. (with analog input, impedance on, Fs = 48 kHz).
- Electric Motor Driven Analog Output Control Preserves Sound Quality while Replicating – Each channel is equipped with an analog output control that achieves output level attenuation without cropping bits during digital processing. And because the control is driven by an electric motor, it is possible to store and recall output level settings for each channel using the unit’s memory.
- Parameter Link and Copy Capabilities Improve the Dependability of Editing Data – With these capabilities it is possible to set the parameters for both the left and right channels at exactly the same values. This means that when delicate speaker adjustments are made it is not necessary to consider slight differences in channels caused by the divider unit.
- Fader Link Capability Makes it Easy to Set Output Level – With this feature, it is possible to change the overall output level while maintaining the differences between channels.
- Each Channel is Equipped with a Full Array of Effectors – Each channel is equipped with a parameter link equalizer, digital attenuator, limiter/compressor, delay, polarity switch, and filters, making it possible to utilize the unit as a total speaker system controller.
- RS-485 Port Allows Long Distance and Simultaneous Multiple Remote Control – The 02040 is equipped with an RS-485 port for remote control operation. This standard is effective against external noise in long distance data transfers and utilizes a data bus, making it possible to control many units simultaneously.
- Both Analog and Digital Input Capability – In order to utilize the 02040 with any kind of system, both analog and digital input ports are standard.
